Whether an employee can apply knowledge to his day-to-day work is decisive.

With the Skill Level Test you can measure the problem solving competence of your employees.  The task is matched to your company processes or company-specific requirements.

You will find out how employees apply their existing or learned knowledge to perform their daily tasks. Memorized content or passive knowledge does not count. For this reason Skill Level Tests enjoy a high degree of acceptance with the employees.

You can use the test as pre-test for determining the learning requirements or as post-test after a training session to measure the learning success.
